Taal se Taal is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to fostering positivity and wellness through the many mental and physical benefits of dance. Co-founders Anya and Avani recognized the profound impact that dance had on their own lives and resolved to extend its transformative power to others. By sharing their passion and knowledge, Anya and Avani aspire to empower people, just as dance empowered them, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

When I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, dance helped me manage my condition by reducing inflammation and helping me cope with the pain, and whenever I felt overwhelmed by mental struggles, dance became my refuge."
